I am Karen Haines, Registered Psychotherapist (RP), MScN. I work as a psychotherapist registered with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. My psychotherapy training is focused in helping people recover after trauma and difficult life events. My passion is to provide psychotherapy to individuals; assisting you to build a more fulfilling life in today's challenging world.
As a therapist, I partner with individuals over age 18, to address challenging relationships and situations, past abuse and difficult thoughts, feelings and emotions. The majority of clients who attend iHope Counselling are people who have experienced upsetting past events and want to resolve symptoms of stress, including depression, anxiety, panic, PTSD and Complex PTSD.
