This shop is used to the small town ethos and it shows... Unfortunately in not-so-positive ways.
First, there seems to always be a problem working with ICBC licensing at this outlet. There is no end of problems getting the simplest administrative licensing tasks done here. I was without photo ID for two months because CVI failed to correctly take my photo.
Second, and more concerning is the pervasive attitude that this insurance broker seems to foster. I watched first hand as staff openly mocked an older gentleman as soon as he was out the door and in front of other patrons. He had came in complaining
