Not only has this house seen a huge increase in value, it cashflows amazingly every month and has had never been vacant. This Property Was Sold In Early 2017 and Almost Doubled In Value in the 5 years we owned it.

I am writing this review 3 months later purposely because I want to share not just the pre-sale aspect but the post-sale aspect too. First of all, Brad was very responsive with my needs and was helpful to narrow down my many different ideas of real estate. He was always kind, friendly and never lost his patience, and instead sent me more resources to help me further in my search. Buying a home is the biggest decision I ever made in my life. Tye (my boyfriend) & I was in the middle of viewing houses with another realtor. We're both not happy with the services we got .
