Pickering Golf Club has been serving Ontario golfers since 1953. Formerly Seaton Golf Club, Pickering Golf Club seen a lot of changes over the past 10 years. In 2010, with a new housing development opening, Pickering was reduced to only 7 holes. After being closed for the 2011 & 2012 seasons to build 2 new holes, and renovate the existing 7 holes, we reopened in 2013 as a 9 hole golf course.

With 5 sets of tee markers playing from 2073 to 3032 yards, and a par of 35, you will find the new layout challenging yet satisfying. With a diverse collection of holes, outstanding scenery, white sand bunkers, and some of the best manicured greens in the area, it is a course that can be enjoyed by golfers of all skill levels.
Services
This short par 5 is a nice warm up to your round. With a good tee shot, finding the fairway sets up a good possibility for birdie. Watch for the bunker on the right side on top of the hill. If you choose to go for it in two shots, accuracy is important with trees left and right and a marsh behind the green.
The first of 3 par 3's. Accuracy and distance control is a must off this tee with fescue long and trees surrounding the hole. Although not noticeable from the tee there is a little room right of the green where the trees end and the fescue starts. Hitting short leaves you with a tricky up and down.
At Pickering, we regularly host golf tournaments of 20-72 people for friend and family, corporate, sports teams, and charity groups. Available 7 days a week, Pickering promises a professionally organized and fun filled event for your group. As a valued customer and exclusive member, you will experience the benefits of playing golf at seven of Durham Region's finest courses.
At Pickering Golf Club, we offer both a Mens and a Ladies league. Whether you are new to golf and are looking for a supportive environment to learn or an experienced golfer looking to meet like-minded players, our leagues are a great way to commit to golfing weekly. Please check out the respective pages to for Mens and Ladies League for details.

Nice looking course but holes 3 & 4 are brutal if you don't make it to the green lol

If you want to walk the course, you better be fit. Lots hilly paths to traverse. Fun course though!

Family of 4 with 2 kids are not welcome here. We were hounded by the marshal about our pace of play despite being held back by the group in front of us on almost every hole and playing best ball with the kids. So much for trying to bring youth into the game. Will not return.

Challenging 9 holes that require tactical play. Shear distance without accuracy will be problematic.

This 9 hole is a fun and challenging little course. It's in great shape right now with possibly the best greens in Durham. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Best value for golf in the area.

It was my very first time and it was really chilled. People were understanding and helpful. It is probably not the most high-end golf club, but so far I can tell it's not a bad place!
But I will go back to the driving range for now!! 🙈

Friendly staff (especially Ron and Otis) and well maintained. If you're looking for a good 9 hole course at a reasonable price this is the place for you. Definitely getting a membership next season.
