So far I've only had a consultation with Alanna, level 5 stylist. She was awesome! What a great personality and yup, she knows her stuff. ...you can tell by the fact that she is now booking in October!

Every time I got to Rootz I always have a wonderful experience. I have gone to Mariah Godard since day one and she is truly amazing but all the girls go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and welcome. I highly recommend this salon!

I couldn't praise this salon enough!! I came to them for a fix after groupon highlights went orange. They went above and beyond to fix my colour...I'll never go anywhere else!! Recently I wanted beautifully golden summer hair and once again they delivered!! It's amazing how much of a difference this has made for my confidence!! Thank you!!

Beautiful clean salon, and the stylists are all very friendly. Alanna is AMAZINGđShe is so sweet and does a balayage so perfectly! I have had such bad experiences at salons in the past that I didnât go to one for 5 years! I was nervous when my god mother booked me an appt at Rootz for my birthday 2+ years ago, but couldnât be happier with the results! Definitely see Alanna if you want to get a balayage done, you wonât be disappointed!!

Sonja was great with our color consult, was definitely full of knowledge and made us feel confident in our decisions then scheduled us to see Farrah. Farrah was amazing with both myself and my daughter making sure we were comfortable and did a amazingly beautiful job...I absolutely LOVE my hair and my daughter also LOVES her hair....all around it was a very pleasant experience, nice modern and comfortable salon with beautiful knowledgable hair stylists...... will most definitely be going back along with my 4 daughters ☺

Krissy was super patient with my daughter who had some challenges. She was fantastic and my daughter enjoyed their conversations as well as her hair cut and style.
I too go their and they are all very lovely and talented. Love Sonja - she does my hair.

I have finally found a Salon that I LOVE. Today was my second visit to Rootz. Mariah and Courtney have both styled my hair absolutely beautifully.
I left feeling great, looking great, and they did exactly what I asked for, yet better. All the stylists are friendly, professional and welcoming, and have beautiful hair! I felt confident on my first visit when I walked in the door that I was in great hands, if my stylist has great 'healthy' hair, I know I will too!
There is also a super cute trendy little boutique attached to the salon. WHAT? Stylish clothes right here in Maple Ridge??

Great owner! Chic salon with a great clothes boutique in the front. The only downside is that there are a lot of new hair stylists, we're talking new graduates, so the owner has to help/teach/supervise their work which takes longer and makes me nervous in case something goes wrong. Nonetheless, I left with a great cut so I'm happy!

This salon is awesome- Sonja who owns the salon is the sweetest and friendliest person, she takes amazing care of your hair to keep it in the healthiest condition when changing hair colours (like I do frequently). She is a friendly ear and genuinely loves what she does. She treats her clients like gold and her staff are all lovely. She also does my eyelashes which are amazing and she takes her time with any appointment to make sure everything is perfect. I always confidently walk out of her salon and am always happy with her work. If you need extensions she is also a master! I lost some of my hair

I have always been really picky when it comes to my hair. The stylist just never knew what to do! I booked an appointment at Rootz, just for a cut and cleanup, and Nicole was my stylist. Not only was she the coolest person, but she also gave the best haircut! Exactly what I wanted. The rest of the staff were extremely friendly and professional, and the Salon is very nice welcoming. I will be recommending this salon to everyone! Thanks Rootz :)
