I have practised exclusively in the area of Family Law for over 25 years. I completed my Collaborative Law training while practising as an associate in a Family Law firm in London, Ontario. I find the practice of Collaborative Family Law to be rewarding in that it allows for flexibility and creativity when crafting solutions for separating families.
Unfortunately, not all cases can be resolved through negotiation. When there is no other path to resolution I will take matters to court. I have extensive experience in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, Family Court Branch. As a Dispute Resolution Officer I preside over case conferences in the Family Court.

Services
Collaborative Family Law is an alternative dispute resolution process in which all participants commit to not going to court. Instead of a traditional adversarial approach Collaborative Family Lawyers work with their clients to construct a solution that meets, as closely as possible, each party's specific goals for resolution.
