Since inception RESCO MIC has been generating a consistent rate of return of 8% per annum. Dividend is payable monthly or you can choose to re-invest the dividend for purchasing additional shares.

David graduated from university in 1975 and had 8 years of Management Accounting experience with one of the largest company in Hong Kong. Immigrated to Canada in 1984 with his family and started the financial career mainly in managing and agency building with Insurance companies. In 2000, David started his own brokerage company, Torce Financial Group mainly marketing and distributing products in the Insurance and Wealth Management industry.
We believe that access to food is a basic human right, not a privilege. No one should go hungry. We believe that no one should face barriers in accessing food. To help ending poverty and hunger in our communities, RESCO Mortgage Investment Corporation organized a Food Drive during the holidays season in December and able to collect and donate over 500 pounds of food for the Daily Bread Food Bank.

Clement Vaccaro, people complained his attitude when he handled with clients . when we share our feedback to the manager . Nobody responds or replied to your concerns . They said they help people , but they actually rip you off money during this COVID-19 Period. We would not trust those good reviews written on google because we had real terrible experience with this company and they tried to hide it. not appreciate their jobs and top sales T. Chen.. The manager liked to Intimidate clients I don't trust those positive reviews posted here at all . Crooks and tricks !!!
