I hired Postmedia in February to market my small business. Everything looked impressive, until the work needed to be done. There were many delays. I had to keep repeating instructions. Then big mistakes happened, that cost me a great deal of money.
When the pandemic made business operations even more difficult, I placed a halt to all advertising. They continued advertising! Again, I had to repeat my instructions several times before they finally stopped spending my money. Even though it was not authorized, I still paid.
