This is my first time writing a review. Our experience was so bad I just had to share it. First and foremost, both my mom and I despise our haircuts...and we've been to a lot of new salons before. Nothing compares to this one. Our cuts were done by Sharon and Fal. Nothing flows, we look like mushrooms!!! Or, more realistically, dolls that have been experimented on by a child with scissors. Second, COVID-19? What's that? Nothing was cleaned, no hands were washed, clients were not one chair apart. I think the best part was that my stylist came in sick. I moved to Brantford recently and did a lot of research before booking my first hair appointment. I went with Urban Vanity and was SO glad I did! Lori was lovely and did an excellent job on my hair. The place itself is modern, clean and relaxing. I am happy to say I have found my new go-to hair salon :)

I absolutely Love this Beauty Salon! Both Lori and Sharron are extremely talented ladies.
They're very personable and talented professionals, I look forward to my appointments with these two. I've had both my hair and eyebrows sculpted to perfection, they're great listeners and aim to provide you the results your looking for.
