Accessibility to EV charging while travelling is essential to the motoring public. Power Pros Electrical recently completed the design and installation of 13 Direct Current Fast Chargers (DCFC or Level 3), and 20 - Level 2 Chargers throughout the Kootenay region. We are currently working on the next round of DCFC deployments.

They don’t call you back. Spoke to electrician who came out to house regarding service upgrade. Called me back in the evening saying that their supervisor/manager who deals with service upgrades said it shouldn’t be too much of an issue to do overhead upgrade but will confirm. Called electrician back 2 days later for an update but he basically told me to be patient. Never got a call back. Service upgrade completed with another company within 2 weeks. Seems like a big company with a lot of workers but communication between their electricians and management needs to improve.

Had an EVSE installed, with a 10 meter wiring run from the panel to the station. Mike, their electrician was excellent. Friendly, happy and professional. The work was done and the wiring was neat and tidy. Quite happy with the installation portion.
The unprofessional part was one of his co-workers arriving to pick up some hardware from Mike, slowing down the work, and leaning on my glass window while he was chatting/distracting Mike. Thankfully nothing broken despite the cracking sounds.
