I had an issue with one of Budget Roof Cleaning's drivers today, and they genuinely took my complaint seriously and dealt with it promptly. In my experience, that's not how things usually go, which means that this company genuinely cares about both their customers, and their face in the community. I hired, for what I thought to be a rather high price, a company to CLEAN my roof. Thought it might be better quality. I was told by a friend whose neighbor had his roof done a while ago that they paid several hundred less with absolute same result. Based of my results so far, this budget cleaning franchise did an ok job but is a very overpriced service and I would shop around more next time before paying too much.
