All of the paid memberships will carry over to the 2022 season unless they have been refunded. Services
The tour is set up in 3 divisions to accommodate all levels of competitors. The field of handicaps are divided by three in order to have equal amount of golfers in each division and similar prize pots. If your handicap is more than 27.0 you will be reduced to a maximum of 27.0 in tournaments. Members will be issued a GAM membership and must provide at least five 18 hole rounds to determine an accurate handicap for the start of the season.
This isn't a sport of bending the rules. When in doubt play two balls and keep score on both for the hole and submit to the tournament director and course pro. All of our tournaments are shot-gun starts and we play in threesomes to guarantee 4.5 hour rounds. If a golfer recieves more than 3 complaints that have been addressed to him/her by a tournament director, their membership will be revoked and future years may be declined.
Thanks Michelle and Todd for a wonderful tournament yesterday (Forest Lake), to me, the course was immaculate! Michelle and Bill provided great partners, and we played it in less than 4 hours. I would love to play that course again. Thanks for a great organization, The BGT, that you two make happen!
After you sign up as a Bogey Golf Tour member. We will issue you a membership card to use at participating sponsors and courses for special offers. You will also recieve your GAM Member ID. Use the Member ID to log into GAM to keep track of your rounds and your handicap. As a new member you need to enter a minimum of 5 or more of your most recent 18 hole scores into GAM before your first tournament.
Your membership application (payment of $79.95) and tournament fees must be paid one week prior to any tournament. This will confirm your registration (space may be limited at select tournaments). You can register and pay for as many tournaments in advance or as the year proceeds. Gift Certificates are also available so tell your family and friends.
