After my search throughout various dealerships in GTA came to huge disappointment, I was referred to Ken ware at Donway ford not only the got me the car I wanted they literally had it in stock, unlike everyone else they gave me great discounts and deal on it I could not be happier overall experience was great will definitely refer Ken to anyone I know who needs a car I love my new Bronco sport it’s what I always wanted.

Sam initially went to a lot of effort to locate a 2021 car on the lot at another dealership elsewhere in Ontario, but the deal ended up falling through and the other dealership didn’t provide the car. We were disappointed but the sales manager Chris went above and beyond to make it right, and we ended up ordering a new 2022 Ford Escape Hybrid. Chris and Sam were both really responsive & helpful. We are looking forward to receiving our new car next year.

My family and I have done business with Ken Ware for (literally!) decades, and find him to be a consummate professional in all aspects of the transaction. As a potential Ford customer and looking at possibly buying from this dealership, a man I highly respect purchased a brand new car from this dealership - a Ford Escape. I watched how they would address his new Ford Escape’s mechanical issue (which is a concern within itself) and to be honest, they treated him and his concern with little respect and understanding. He’s owned the car for about a year and it’s already dealing with a mechanical issue (yikes). Now how many of us would hope that Donway Ford would help us resolve this type of issue after spending $30,000+ on a new car through exceptional

My experience at Donway Ford was nothing short of great. Seamlessly got me into the truck that I had wanted in a short amount of time. My sales representative, Ken Ware, was excellent in every way. He had extensive knowledge regarding the vehicles on the lot, the options present with each of them, and when I arrived to pick the truck off the lot he was very helpful in getting me acquainted with all the gadgets in my new F-150. Service here are scammers. I came here to just get my break check. Then I got a call saying that they are having a hard time removing the wheels bc it was too tight and John said he has to remove the wheels to get a full inspection. But did not expect they will be charging me over $200 to replace the wheel nuts & studs! Then he tells me I need to replace my 2 rear calibres $223 each and trying to convince me to do it now and total of everything over $1,000!!! I told him I do not need anything done and just return my car then he said he had to keep it overnight bc they do not have the parts

I have had a couple of unsavoury visits to this place so far, and I'm not sure that I want to give them a third opportunity to redeem themselves.
The first time, I had booked an oil change, and over 2 hours later, my car was delivered. But they didn't wash it, and it came back with a report that said my car failed all these tests...like what?!? Are they giving me an unsafe vehicle back after touching it for over 2 hours? What the heck? After a call from the service manager, he explained that someone should have walked me through the report, etc, etc, and offered up a free car wash

On average, the mechanics and employees are merely incompetent, while at times work hard to stretch into negligent, patronizing con men.
From ordering the wrong colours of my car, to doing the tint 5 times (and breaking the rear defroster) to never once successfully switching wheels properly over 4 years of service, to losing parts and lying about their disappearance.
I've never been to a dealership where the mechanics failed to operate a tire bag properly, and continually messed things up to a point where I'd have to visit the dealership 20+ times to retrieve missing pieces, or get
