I first met Dr Ivan when he worked at the Dunnville Veterinary Clinic. (mid-late 2000's???). He was part of the wonderful team of Vets who helped provide the best of care for my precious companion, Taffy. His gentle manner & compassion are a part of the special memories related to my Taffy. ''Fur-babies babies' get the best of care from Dr Ivan. 🙂🙂

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness
We started by taking four dogs to this clinic and left after receiving on more than one occasion poor and unprofessional administrative service. We noticed a sense of arrogance and with that attitude we worried about the treatment to our pets. Found a more suitable clinic for us.Very expensive also.

Balfour Animal Hospital and their caring, knowledgeable and professional staff is the clinic that I can count on for my dear furry family members. I truly appreciate their responsiveness and compassion as they’ve ensured that I am able to make informed decisions for my aging chihuahuas. Dr Reid and staff (Kennedy, Ashley) were kind and compassionate as we said goodbye to our beloved Roxy. They gave us all the time we needed and were incredibly patient with us. A dark time was able to have some… peace and comfort and we will be eternally grateful. Thank you for holding our family as your own. I take my hound mix, Phoebe, here. She is a BIG 80lb handful and is super nervous of "the vet" in general, but they take such good care of her and are so patient with her!! I want to personally thank the specific staff that dealt with her recently; Katie, Jason and of course Dr. Bailey! Excellent and caring people. They truly seem to love their work, the animals and treat the owners so nicely as well. Recommended them to a friend recently too and they started taking their new puppy there!

I have a new puppy he was super excited to be where he was. He was super comfortable and even tho covid kept me from being with my baby boy during his first needles, I knew he was gonna be fine, the staff are super friendly and very professional.. I felt great handing him over to Christina 💜. When he came back out the information I was given was clear and to the point.
There was no huge bill when I left either, I was so happy Baden K-9 sent me to you guys.

We had our first visit with Dr. Bailey and she was very kind and helpful. After meeting with our dog, she came out to meet us and talk about his visit. She communicated any concerns and made recommendations that were simple to understand. Our entire experience with staff was really wonderful. They are extremely friendly and welcoming.

Hello I went to this animal hospital and my poor puppy had so many bumps and no one could figure out what was wrong. The hole litter of 5 had it and the breeder wasn’t helping us and we have all taken our pups… to different vets and still no answers! Our puppies were not getting better I took my 4mnth old here and they were all amazing and treated me like a person and my puppy was so happy and felt comfortable with everyone here and finally my puppy is getting better! They even have called to check up on my puppy to see if she doing ok, that call goes a long way! So 💯 percent
