Great customer service from Sabrina at Remington Medical! I was able to trial the newly FDA approved Neubie by renting it for a couple of months before making a decision to purchase! As Remington Medical is the Canadian distributor for the Neubie and as yet there are no Neubie practioners in BC, Sabrina patiently answered all my questions and when needed was the go between with the Neufit company in the USA! The guys are Remington have been great. I recently just purchased a shockwave after being able to trial the product in my clinic for 2 weeks to see if the modality will work well with my clinic or not. Happily enough my patients responded well and I decided to buy the product and on the same day the product was personally delivered to me by Grant. Very great service and reasonable prices. 5 stars!

I rented a CPM machine for my knee. The service (both set up and afterwards) was great, the price was reasonable and the machine did its job. I had complications after knee replacement surgery and required the use of a CPM machine. Remington was very knowledgeable about my condition and responsive. They delivered the CPM device, set it up and trained me on its use (it is very easy to use). Throughout the 5 weeks of use I had numerous questions (very typical) and they were very responsive and helpful. The price was very reasonable and in the end the device performed as advertised.
