Town and Country Animal Clinic has been caring for animals in LaSalle, Ontario and Essex County for over three decades. What was once a small clinic on a horse farm has evolved into a state-of-the-art facility that provides highly skilled veterinary care mainly to small animals, although we still care for a number of equine patients at their farm.

The Town and Country Animal Clinic began in 1980 at a horse farm on the outskirts of Windsor, which was eventually converted into a small animal and equine clinic by Dr. Fetherston. Rapid and continued growth of the small animal clientele necessitated a relocation to a former church on Talbot Road, before finally settling in at our current location, at 2055 Sandwich West Parkway (LaSalle Heritage Plaza) beside the Windsor Crossing Outlet Mall.
At Town and Country Animal Clinic, our focus is on providing our patients and their owners with the best available veterinary care and service. We want to meet all of your pet care and veterinary health needs! Our brand new facility offers a warm, safe and comfortable environment for your pet and our caring, compassion team of dedicated veterinary professionals treats every patient as a member of the family.
Monica is a member of our Receptionist Team who greets our clients and prospective clients during their visits to Town and Country Animal Clinic. She joined the Town and Country Animal Clinic in 1995, after obtaining an Animal Care Aide diploma from a local college. Monica has the unique ability to greet and care for clients or assist with technical duties in the treatment-surgery area.
Saying goodbye to a beloved friend is never easy. We understand this firsthand and want to help you through this difficult and emotional time in any way we can. We also encourage you to reach out to our staff whenever you need support. We'll get through this difficult time together. Kahlua was an amazing little man that I bought on a whim.

We would like to thank Dr Fetherston and his staff for the kind and compassionate way they treated out little French bull dog Zelda. We had called 4 different Vets because she was having seizures. No one would see her right away, one even said we can get her in tomorrow which I knew would be too late. We called Town & Country and they told us to come right away. You showed Zelda kindness as she crossed the rainbow bridge and for that we thank you. Thank you, the Litster family.

Dr. Bob has been my family vet for over 30 years. Him and his staff are the most wonderful, caring and knowledgeable people. The office is always beautiful and clean, and Dr. Bob will personally call me with any results of blood work or scans. The staff is amazing, they are so organized and on the ball, they know the ins and outs of everything. I always know that my dogs are in amazing hands when we walk through those doors. The staff at Town and Country Animal Clinic are amazing. The clinic is updated, clean, and professional. I love how kind and helpful the technicians and front-desk are, and how gentle Dr. Fetherston is. He always takes the time to explain what he is doing, and reviews the fees (which are very reasonable) at the end of the appointment. He is also armed with what seems to be every type of literature for you to take home with you, leaving you feeling confident in providing any additional care needed for your furry family member.

Dr.Fetherston is amazing. A diamond in the ruff. He is not prideful and when no other vet could figure out what was wrong he didn't just try different things and waste more money he sent me to the university where my dog was diagnosed with a rare condition. Thank you Dr and stuff gor being great with all 3 dogs. Your team is amazing!!!

Is extremely good with his patients. I now live 5 hrs from the office and I still return for our yearly visits or more recently with new additions to our family. The doc and his staff go out of ther way to know you personally as well. Not too often do you find a place that asked about the family and knows details you told them a year ago. I find their prices very reasonable and are very caring and compassionate people who love their jobs and it shows in their workmanship.

I've been to a few different veterinarians in the area over the years. What sets this team apart is their obvious love for animals... Dr Featherstone is a very kind man who obviously loves animals unconditionally regardless of size or species. His team at the front are welcoming and very friendly.
