I have vintage couches that were cleaned by Nick and Wendy and they did a phenomenal job. The whole set looks nearly new apart from a couple hardened stains. They were pleasant to work with and arrived on time. I will happily recommend them to any one seeking these services.

The company did an incredible job in cleaning a three-year-old sofa never cleaned before. Steam N Clean managed to remove tape glue and oil from our move and dirt from regular use. The sofa looks like new after their work.
The only complaint I have is the wet floor left behind after the job I had to clean up. Other than that, great service!

Had a great experience with them! They were prompt in their service, super polite and friendly. I live alone and the gentleman who dropped off and picked up my area rug was so kind as to bring it right to my door as it would've been difficult for me to lug it alone from the lobby. My rug was spotless after. Would definitely use them again.

I had just moved recently and found these guys while looking for a rug cleaning service on google.
Service was very professional - confirmations and receipts were given along the way and responses were quick. I had accidentally included my anti-slip mat with the rolled up carpet and they held onto it for me.
The handtufted cotton carpet i sent off came back fairly clean! There were still a few little pieces of debris that I found trapped inside the folds but I had expected that might be the case so I was not especially disappointed. The carpet also came back scentless, which is great.

They did a great job of cleaning my runners and couch. I was thrilled that I could protect it on site, too, and the tech was wonderful. Unfortunately they didn't warn me that my large and very expensive wool rug could be damaged in the cleaning process. They had good customer service, in that they took the rug back to try and re-work it, but it made no difference. The rug, which previously lay perfectly flat, does not lay flat anymore with or without furniture on it.
