After a power outage last week, we had some issues with the breakers in our box. It was a Sunday. I called a few numbers that I found online. Medi was the only one who asked a lot of thoughtful questions and said that he could send someone within the hour. He asked me to send a photo of the breaker panel.
In the end, Medi came to our house himself. When he arrived, he did a thorough examination of the breaker panel and diagnosed the issue. He had the parts required to make the repair with him which he did within an hour. On top of this, he was a clear communicator, friendly, and a pleasure to work

Called them evening of Jan.1 and was told to expect a call back first thing the next morning. After not hearing called them twice and got a very inconsistent story that their guy was having phone trouble but had called in and would be in touch soon. Eventually did hear from their guy at 1:45 pm saying he had lost his phone and could come now.
Not impressed; if they were in contact why couldn't someone get back to me; if they weren't why wasn't the responsibility given to someone else?
