ABOVE AND BEYOND CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Came in on the blizzard of a weekend with little time on our hands and looking for a specific vehicle to compare with others we were looking at from other dealerships. Ghedna our sales associate was excellent in assisting getting 2 feet of snow off the vehicle requested and cleaning it up for us to look at.
We unfortunately had to leave without taking it for a ride and upon coming home I called and spoke with the General Manager Paul to secure more information on the vehicle At this time Paul went above and beyond to give us a great buying experience.

Stopped in to look at a few cars on their lot and left having purchased one of them! We were treated with nothing but respect and they made sure we understood everything down to the smallest detail. Our car was ready to pick up when promised with all the loan details in place. They did everything they could and more to accommodate us and we left feeling we got a great deal and that we were treated fairly. We will be back on our next car purchase and would recommend them very highly!

Heard some negative reviews at first about auto list, but every car place has there issues so I decided to give them a chance. I went and checked out an suv, they let me test drive it there was no pressure to buy it at all. Overall I had a great experience, everyone at auto list was super friendly through out the whole process from looking at the car to test driving it then to buying it. 10/10 a great experience and now I have a great car that drives and works great! Karandeep was a great sales man and was super helpful along with his coworkers.

These guys are the perfect example of customer service.
I walked in expecting to have to haggle and watch the fine print. I was very wrong, they went above and beyond explaining every detail and we came and left in 3 hours with the exact economical car we were looking for along with getting my daughter her first car.
We are very happy and will return for our next vehicle.

I would like to share the true culture behind Auto List. This is a buyer BEWARE dealership. The owner has 0 care for any of his clients which is fair if you run a business but what really is the issue is that it's ok to take (borderline steal) from the lower class and credit trapped people to give to himself and gullible people fall for this everyday. Trapping consumers into "29.99%" rates with thousands and thousands in "extra mandatory fees" which are nothing but pocket fillers.
