Cost us thousands in CRA follow ups. Didn't claim half the stuff he should have, and the rest he claimed incorrectly. We kept receiving CRA bills because everything was filed wrong. He didn't reply to emails, phone calls or messages to try and follow up and resolve. Really shady business. We did it ourselves the next year and found so many items he didn't even bother asking us about. I would give zero stars if possible.

I'm at this moment sitting and waiting for my taxes to be completed by MSH accounting. They have had my documents for tax preparation since February. It seems the only way that they will prepare my taxes for me is if I am sitting and waiting in their office for them to be done. I have been calling for weeks with no returned phone calls and coming in person to check on my taxes. Next year I will just do quick tax because this firm is not worth the hassle. Last year they completed my tax return promptly. I'm not sure what's going on this year but they have definitely lost me as a client. Will not

Worst company I have ever used. Got my taxes prepared with them and then waited for my return. After 5 1/2 weeks I called to find out if there was a problem To my surprise they forgot to send it in. Their response
was we would have eventually found it. They did not want to hear my complaint and basically hung up on me. After several phone calls, I got them to refund me what I paid them. Its my own fault for not checking their google reviews. I would give them zero if I could.

We had a very bad experience with this firm. They had filed our return in 2016 and it seemed to go reasonably well; however, the following year was a disaster. There was an error made with the filing and while it did end up being an error on the part of CRA, it took months of phone calls and emails between myself and CRA to get to the bottom of the problem. In the meantime, we were receiving regular bills and phone calls from CRA saying that we owed several thousands dollars! It was very stressful and this firm gave no support and did not help in managing the situation at all. In addition, our

I would leave 0-stars if possible.
This past year alone we received over 5 separate notices from CRA advising us of errors in our tax filing, which then resulted in us having to pay back unexpected monies in the thousands.
To make matters worse, when we tried contacting Mark for explanations and guidance, he never acknowledged our repeated emails or calls - and since we are currently living overseas, we can’t exactly pop into the office.
The CRA case manager even specifically advised us AGAINST using Mark again, if at all possible.

-We had to fix many of their issues, including not including slips in the returns that we provided
-Had to come to the office on multiple occasions to sign paperwork because they forgot things (that we noticed)
-Outcomes weren't even close to what CRA determined
-Multiple confidential emails sent to us that were meant for others, some of which included attachments that had financial records (literally sent us a quarterly report of a company)
-Also, the review from Mahesh should be disregarded as he is an employee. In a newsletter received from him, they write "NAME REDACTED will be more able
