Ed Seeley and son-in-law, Bill Arnill, formed a partnership in Dundalk Ontario in 1946 to become local road builders and bridge contractors throughout the province of Ontario. The company originally saw a niche and focused its efforts to building new roads in Northern Ontario. In 1971 Seeley & Arnill expanded its operations and bought property in Durham, Ontario to became aggregate suppliers and asphalt contractors.

Today we service the Collingwood, Grey and Simcoe County regions. Seventy plus years of road building has given our family owned company a rich history of past experience and strong relationships with our suppliers / sub-contractors and a keen insight into the future needs of our customer.

Seeley and Arnill Construction is one of Canada's leading providers of Cold-in-Place and CIREAM Asphalt Recycling. Our state of the art equipment will process existing cracked and damaged asphalt roadways, and produce a smooth, re-engineered road base. Based out of the Town of Durham, Ontario, Canada, we have rehabilitated 20,000,000 square metres of deficient road surfaces into stable road bases since 1991.
Seeley and Arnill's Civil Construction division performs a wide range of construction services for municipalities, the MTO, counties & privately owned projects. The Construction Division has been based in Collingwood, Ontario since 2004. We have a completed the majority of our work in the Georgian Bay Area for The Town of Collingwood, Town of Wasaga Beach, The Town of Blue Mountains, Simcoe County and Dufferin County.
Full Depth Reclamation (FDR), often known as pulverizing, is a rehabilitation technique in which the full thickness of the asphalt pavement and a predetermined portion of the underlying materials is uniformly pulverized and blended to provide a stronger, homogeneous material. The FDR process removes the existing asphalt pavement cracks and deterioration since the entire asphalt layer is pulverized.
All indications show that Georgian Bay water levels are going to continue to rise this year. Seeley and Arnill has been working in the Georgian bay area for the past 70 years completing many in water projects and shoreline repair and installation projects. We understand the need to protect your home and existing shoreline while ensuring all required agencies and regulations are followed during the works.
