Sleep apnea triggers short breathing pauses that can occur hundreds of times throughout the night. Breathing troubles start when your dog's airway becomes too narrow during sleep or collapses completely. When this happens, air can't reach your pet's lungs. Dr Carla is so nice, you can tell she really cares for animals and it shines through in her work. My dogs have always been happy to come here. The prices are on par with every other clinic but the service is superior. I would highly recommend any of the wonderful vets at VAH, they will go the extra mile for your animal's care.

Did and excellent job with the surgery of my cat, was professional. And both times friendly. However on one occasion, I tried to strike up conversation to be friendly and build rapport, and it was sort of avoided. This is not a huge issue, but leaves room for improvement. I would much rather prefer good rapport with a vet, then simply a place to get a service done in exchange for cash, as i can go anywhere for that.
