Terrible customer service. Called to order a motor for our hoover central vacuum 2 weeks before Christmas. Was told it would be about a week. Called after a week to confirm order was made and part is on its way. Was told it is being delayed. Waited until the new year to call again, was told they never ordered the part. Ended up ordering it ourselves off Amazon as we should have done to begin with. Half the cost from what they quoted us also.

Great experience start to finish! I rented a rug-doctor from Bridge Vacuum, they were helpful on the phone when I initially inquired about the rental. When I arrived, the person I dealt with was extremely friendly, explained to me how the unit worked and loaded it in my vehicle. The pricing was fair, and he helped select the best shampoo for my needs (pet-related). The machine worked FANTASTIC. There is also a super cute pup! 5 stars for Bridge Vacuum, 17 stars for the doggo.

I had a vacuum motor that was inoperable in for repair The staff informed me that the motor I had was one of the best motors ever built and that they could rebuild it with new bearings and brushes ! It cost 160 to rebuild it ! They could have easily sold me a new vacuum assembly for over 1200 dollars That’s what I call good old fashioned service !!!!! Rebuild it and not throw away and replace like every thing these days I highly recommend this business!! Kevin A happy customer!!

I picked up 2 central vacs from Bridge Vacuum this year. Both were installed by Ryan. He did an excellent job on them, very clean, thorough and left the area better than it was when he started. The salesmen Jerry, Riley and Wes got me the right systems for the spaces they were going into and a great deal. I definitely recommend them.
