Without a doubt, my favourite thing about my practice is my patients! I feel blessed everyday for the individuals who have followed me through my moves and continue to refer their family and friends. I value the diverse relationships afforded by patients. I also have to give a shout-out to the amazing team I work with.
My favorite thing about working with Dr Dickson is how caring and knowledgeable he is. He always makes sure he says Hello and Good Morning too all the staff before starting the day, he is always someone you can have a good laugh with. He has a great sense of humor, has patients best treatment in mind, willing to do extra to help them.
We have a caring team of dentist and hygienest, who know that going to the dentist is not everyone's favourite thing. We are here to listen to your concerns and help make this a breeze! When you put you and your family in the care of highly trained and experienced dentists Dr Buchanan and Dr Beregovoy, the scariest part of your visit might be the drive here!

and my experience working at You Firat Dental was one of the best!! I came to work for You First Dental Airdrie for a maternity leave. What drew me to the office was their website, the staff had nothing but positive things to say about eachother and coming in to work!!
Simultaneously, I was being offered positions at some of the highest ranked Periodontist offices in Calgary with the highest pay.

This place should change its name from Your First Dental to Your Last Dental. I went to this clinic a year ago and got two fillings done on my lower right bottom part of my mouth. Ever since I got these two fillings, the right part of my mouth has been sensitive to cold liquids. In addition I went to another clinic a couple of days ago and had this part of my mouth looked at by another dentist. They said the two fillings were done improperly, and as a consequence, one of my two teeth developed a cavity on it. I would rate this below one if I could. Thank you a lot Dr. Dickson for ruining my teeth

Dr. Buchanan is absolutely fantastic and every hygienist my family has seen has been absolutely wonderful! The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because of the 2 younger girls at the front desk. Their lack of professionalism is appalling. I've experienced this with these receptionists there many times and usually just shake my head, but recently after hearing them gossip about another patients private financial issues- while referring to this person by first and last name crossed a line. My husbands last visit included one of the girls having an argument on the phone with her significant other

You First has THE best dentists in all of the land! I have had cosmetic Veneers and orthodontics done here and this has completely changed my smile and my confidence which has had a ripple effect into my life. There's not many that can say their Dentist has changed their life. They have a great atmosphere, positive energy, the entire staff is incredible which has made it a joy to go to Dentist. Side note, when I get my teeth cleaned I'm so relaxed I fall asleep in the chair. :)

I have seeing this clinic for a couple of years. The staff is always friendly and helpful. When Covid started and My tooth was starting to act up the clinic was closed but Dr Buchanan was willing to talk to me and recommended other places that were open, then she checked up on me to see how things were going.
I just had one root canal completed which is a scary procedure. The dentist and assistant would worked on my problem tooth were so amazing, calm and took the time to answer all my questions and put me as ease.

Dr. Buchanan did such great work on a front tooth filling that had turned dark, she replaced it, making it look so natural and feels great. This is the fourth time I have had it replaced, and definitely the best out of all. She even took an extra 1/2 hour over my appointment time at the end of her day on a Friday to make sure it was perfect. Highly recommend.
