I went to Dr Valentino after not having chiropractic care for more than 5 years. My left shoulder was significantly higher than my right, due to an injury a long time ago. Dr. Valentino did a thorough examination and we began treatment immediately. A few things I noticed: she was quick to understand my needs as a patient, and has REALLY strong hands, both of which made me feel secure under her care. She's a personable, professional and kind Doctor, and I'm glad to say that my head is now on straight and my posture is very much improved. I'm not so lopsided any more! Thank you, Dr. Valentino.

I went to see Dr. Valentino due to shoulder pain that kept me up at night and a recent lower back pain. She has helped relieve the pain in my shoulders and I can now sleep peacefully again without any pain medication! Back pain is still being treated and I feel confident I am in the right hands. My visits with her are always on time, quick and painless. Dr. Valentino is very knowledgeable in her field and educates you before she treats you making the experience much more comfortable.

I have found Dr. Valentino to be kind, professional, dedicated and willing to give each patient the time that they need. She can be described as knowledgeable and highly skilled. Her office is warm and inviting and so are her staff. Dr. Valentino will take the time to ask many questions since her goal is to address the root cause of the problem. She is able to treat several concerning issues (in my case my back and right knee) all at the same time. If you're pain or discomfort Dr. Valentino is the best professional in the Etobicoke area. My biggest regret is not seeing her sooner.

I have been seeing Dr. Valentino for 2 years now. She is caring and conscientious and really takes the time with her patients to make sure that they feel comfortable. I have felt so much better since I started seeing her! She's an expert at what's she does and is truly a wonderful chiropractor, I can't say enough good things about her.

Dale, Stephanie and Megan have all been great when I’ve come for massage therapy! I have never had a bad experience with them. And I never feel rushed with them either. I always feel relief, and feel confident in their skills. They’ve always made sure I feel comfortable, and answer all my questions.
Additionally, Jade at the front desk is always very kind and welcoming as well whenever I come. She always puts through my claims correctly and makes it an easy experience. I’ve had bad and uncomfortable experiences at OTHER places in the past, so I truly appreciate great service.
