We went in and met with Gary who was soo much help. We weren't 100% what we were looking for but he was very patient with us and showed us all of our options. He put in a lot of effort to get us a deal we wanted and one which was best for us. He was very polite and took the time to sit us down and answer all of our questions. I went to Basant to buy my first car from a dealership. I told Rick that I did not want to finance and he was very accommodating to my budget.
He found the best option of car within my budget (after researching all dealerships from Surrey to Langley this was definitely the best deal).
Rick was very attentive and helped me find something that fit all of my needs and also without trying to get me to spend over budget.
After the deal was done, Rick even called me to check if I was enjoying the car. Best customer service ever!

DO NOT GO HERE I bought a car a year and few months ago. The car wasn't the one I wanted but they gave me that one to build a credit and told me to come back after 6 months and get the one I wanted. I went back after literally a year and told them about it and they didn't even recognize me saying the guy who sold you the car got fired etc. The car was a nissan sentra and these scammers sold it to me for literally 32,000$ Yes a 2016 nissan sentra. I needed a pickup truck quickly and made the mistake of going to Basant. I bought a Nissan Titan which thru had assured me was serviced before I bought it lol. I guess they changed the oil and put some cheap tires on. Awesome! Thru also plugged the exhaust system with mud,and didn't bother to let me know the drivers side front wheel bearing was shot. 2700$ later. Go elsewhere

Rob was patient and helped me pick the right car that fit within my budget. I was able to trade in my old car and walk out with a new car all in the same day. It's a one stop shop. I picked up my car Saturday.
There were some scratches on my car and Basant Motors said they would fix it. The Service Dept called me very quickly on Monday to schedule an appointment to fix the scratches.
Only thing is that they didn't put a full tank of gas in my new car and it was nearly empty . Rob did however give me $20 Petro Gift Card

Worst dealship ever!!! Horrible customer service I purchased a 2016 Audi A3 a few days ago they car is a 2016 and has all kinds of damage that should have been taken care of before the car was sold when I took the car in they told me I did the damage? And Nash the salesman who sold me the car got very aggressive when I pointed out the problems? I'm still finding flaws in the vehicle on a daily basis worst experience ever!!!!

Buyers beware: worst dealership i have had to take them to small claims court and they still are dragging out the issue. they have ruined my trust in people and dealerships. went to buy a "newer" used mazda with only 3,000km or so for the whole reason it was newer and clean and everything was said to be a great car.......... for them to show me a carfax with 0$ and lie to me about it being a small claim(they said just small scratch on bumper and we fix it ourselfs) and for me to find out that it was in a major accident before and they didnt declare or ensure that proper repairs are made

Looking for a suitable vehicle for both mine and my finances needs seemed too easy at Basant. They seemed very accommodating and extremely friendly while I purchased a vehicle and spending around $40,000. Not a cheap penny for sure. We even purchased the top of the line, most deluxe warranty for 7 years.
Not even owning the jeep for one year the check engine light comes on.
So we do own

I bought an used car from them just about 2 weeks ago. Was helped by Sid, I'm happy with their customer service as they looked into my budget and gave me the best deal possible. All my friends and peers told me i got the car for a very good price and may even be able to up sell it after a while if i want to. Will definitely by another car in future.

I purchased a 2012 Mercedes ML350 from them and 2 months later the engine light came on. The issue was the DEF tank heating element. I asked Basant if they would help me out with the repair but all they did was get $100 taken off my $1500 bill from the dealership. They told me they only had a 30 day warranty. I purchased the classic warranty package as well through them, and discovered this part isn't even covered under warranty! Nevertheless, I am certainly not impressed!

One of the worst dealerships you can go too! All their cars are over priced! They pressure you into buying cars that aren't even in your budget and talk bad about you in Punjabi..they lie about the car faxes! They use car faxes that are a year old. Their manager is a joke! When I went in there to complain that they were trying to sell me a car that is covered in scratches after they told me it hadn't been in an accident and ended up having a declaration of over 2500 dollars on it. They are ridiculous and don't know anything about cars. Don't waste your time!

My vehicle is actually a 2014 not a 2015 as it was sold to me, and I am immediately due for a $500 service. My headlights went out right after I bought it, and my brake fluid is sludge.
I called and spoke with the manger who referred me to the service department who told me they would fix this. After three phone calls, and waiting over a week for a call back, I was offered a 10% discount bringing their service total to $80.00 less than the actual Nissan dealership. The Nissan dealership guarantees their work and that Nissan parts are used

The Worst Worst customer service when it comes to problems with the car they gave my brother. First of all they sucker him in buying a car not even worth the value and then promised him to exchange the car for another one in 3 months which he did but they never told him that they will transfer the balance over to the other car balance and they took his first car and never minus anything from it so he was owing 15,000 on a used 2000 civic ...... That's a scam BEWARE do not listen to their promises and when he drove this car in the first few weeks the engine light went on and he took it back
