She's friendly and pays lip service but it's like pulling teeth trying to communicate with her. I never recived a direct answer until I asked the same question three different times. I got the impression she was either trying to brush me off just so I'd sign mortgage documents, or she just wasn't that invested in working with me. After 11 days of waiting to hear back from her, I ended up finding a better mortgage rate on my own than the one she quoted me.I was disappointed with her services to say the least and ended up switching brokers.
