Richard was a pleasure to work with! He was knowledgeable, friendly, accommodating, and very forthcoming/honest with his suggestions. We had a bit of a complicated situation and he ended up communicating with 3 different people to coordinate a sale. He had no problem working around the situation, and, despite having to probably repeat himself multiple times to different people, we always felt supported.
