Our trained experts are fully bonded and insured and follow the strict health & safety regulations that govern the window cleaning industry. Ensuring every job is completed safely regardless of difficulty. All our staff are certified and have bosun chair and fall protection training. We follow all workplace health & safety standards including roof plans and pre-approval from Workplace Safety and Health Manitoba.

We use a variety of methods and high-reach equipment including suspended access (cradle), rope access, controlled decent (swing stage), lifts/cherry pickers and pure water reach systems. I specifically emailed to ask if the tracks would be cleaned and it was confirmed via email that they would be wiped down. I also confirmed that the frames would be wiped. However it took them less then 10 minutes for the whole house, and the tracks weren’t even touched, the drips from the dirty water was not cleaned up and on some windows they were not even cleaned properly. In the end I ended up with dirtier window ledges and frames from the water drips and had to actually clean up behind them. Worst $200 ever spend.

This is the fourth year we have used Picture Perfect and their name says it all - its perfect every time! Thank you again great team. They arrived promptly, didn't let our dogs out (but we accidently did), wore masks when in our home (very much appreciated) and got the job done expertly. I especially appreciate that they lay drip cloths down under the windows, clean the screens and the window ledges beautifully (as well as streak free glass of course)! And our house is tough - big glasses paneled atrium that is really challenging and they nailed it again. Hire this team. You won't be disappointed

Never having had a service like this before , I was totally impressed how efficient, pleasant and fast they worked. They arrived earlier than expected , and because I had my little dog in the basement, never even heard them leave. I am sure happy with the job they did,took apart the 6 sunroom window .....did outside and inside. I highly recommend them, thank you guys... will definitely get them again.
