I am extremely happy with this clinic. I have been a patient for over 20 years and always received great service. The staff and Dr Thadee are very knowledgeable and polite, I always feel welcome.
Very clean environment. I have no problem going for appointments during COVID as they are following all the protocols.

Terrible, left a part of my son's wisdom tooth in his mouth.
it is now poking through the gums and lots of pain. and I need to PAY for an emergency fee and a new extraction. to get this out.
They do not answer their phone at all. do not call anyone back, do not answer emails.

Courteous service, they never pressure and are very professional. You are always in good hands with them. Dr Thaddee always takes the time to explain the problem and then give you choices and suggest the best treatment and why. He also has a group of very well mannered and professional team he works with. Especially the lady handling accounts at the front.

I have used this dental clinic and have always had great customer service and excellent level of work. I could always trust Dr Thaddee to lay down all the options for treatment available and he takes time to explain each one and answer questions. He does not push you to use his service or ask you first whether you have insurance and start pushing unnecessary services like some dentist in the Ottawa region like to do. the dental hygienist are great as well, making you feel comfortable and explaining what they are going to do as they go along. Awesome team.

I've been a patient of this clinic for almost 20 years. Their staff is amazing, the place is very clean. They are great with kids they have never complained after any cleaning/dental work! I highly recommend this clinic! (The previous rating from brenda, was posted on here by mistake, she wanted to rate the innes dental health group, not this clinic!)

I went here to get a bridge done, they gave me a great price so I went ahead with the work. To be honest I'm scared of dental work but this dentist made me feel relaxed and I had a good time with no pain while he was doing the work. Great conversations, great office and best of all a perfect job and now I can smile again! 5 stars all the way highly recommend
