We have dealt with neptune for a few years and have always found them friendly and helpful. Their free pool/hot tub water test is great for the pool startup and shutdown they always give a detailed printout of what you need and what is needed to maintain it. We really enjoy dealing with the family.

These guys are honest, hard working, and affordable. They helped with a new replacement pool cover install, pool inspection, and firing up my pool for the spring. They took extra precautions during COVID to make sure everyone stayed safe. I would recommend them to anyone needing pool or SPA maintenance.

Love these guys. We bought our hot tub from them. We had an old tub that had to be repaired. Neptune let us trade in the old one for money off the new one. Prices are completely in line and competitive. They are knowledgeable, courteous and professional. I love that they are local and I can get all my hot tub stuff and servicing here in Salmon Arm.
