As a partner at Fawdry Homes, Chris manages client relations and sales, guiding clients through the process from the first meeting to the last. Jon has over 18 years' experience working in construction and applies his knowledge to assist his clients with their new homes.

Fawdry is building a house on the lot next to ours. They dug a 9 ft deep excavation with vertical unsupported sides within 1.5 feet of our property line and fence. When we pointed out that the earth had moved opening a crack along our property making us concerned about the side failing and taking our fence with it, we were told not to worry and that it had all been engineered properly. This must not have been the case since Worksafe BC put a stop work order on anyone entering the excavation until a safe work procedure could be developed. Over 3 months later, the excavation is partially filled but
