Critical: Professionalism, Quality
Not happy with this company. Had a roof installed and had many major leaks. After trying to fix it and not successful they decided to stop answering my calls or getting back to me. Terrible!! I guess their warranty doesn’t apply to me. Had to get a good company to fix the mess. Now need to have my lawyers contact them

Called for a consultation visit, the lady on the phone provided extremely short responses. So when I started to ask more questions she started to use her "I'm angry but trying to not lose my job" voice. All I wanted was to schedule it in, I didn't care if it was this year or next.

A few weeks ago we noticed a leak taking place in our home from a roof that had been replaced by this company 3 years ago. After various attempts of contacting them to have it repaired, finally Habib Ali and his brother came over a couple of days ago to evaluate the issue. Habib was able to identify the problem and repaired the roof in that moment. He was very thorough on explaining his findings and showed pictures he had taken to help me better understand what the issue was and how he had repaired it. We are pleased with his work as well as with his respect and professionalism.

New roof installed June 2021. Used their BP Mystique shingles. After a few hiccups, very pleased with the overall quality of the product and attention to detail by their Service Reps (The Ali Brothers). The Classic Brown colour shingles are a perfect match for our house colours. Habib & Ali were excellent to work with and Kathy in the office was not only cheerful and friendly but very responsive to any concerns or issues I might have had. Dave, the Estimator always responded quickly, usually via text. Good company that's been around for years.

I had a very positive experience with Belmar roofing for a roof replacement of a 15yo home. I researched about a dozen companies before choosing Belmar, seemed midrange on price and experienced. Bob the estimator was very knowledgable and responsive. They are a manufacturer certified installer which is important for warrenties should you need them. Only had the roof install last week so can't speak towards craftsmanship other than the it looks good. Shingles are pretty straight from what I can see compared to some of the other houses in the neighbourhood.
