Appointment was scheduled within a couple days of me asking for an appointment. The technican was very punctual, polite and professional. He cleaned up all debris after his work. I am very impressed and would absolutely recommend It's On Electric Company to others.

I had a great experience with this company. Shannon responded to emails in a timely manner and was always patient and very helpful. James the technician went out of his way to help me during a virtual service visit. He went above and beyond and offered to take all of the photos for me, rather than just telling me which photos to take. He was patient and very friendly. I really appreciated that. I would recommend this company over and over again.

I regularly deal with Sean and Charlotte at It's On Electric Company when they perform pre site inspections for our business lighting upgrade projects which qualify for BC Hydro incentives.
The're feedback regarding replace of outdated fixtures and the LED replacements has been very helpful and professional.
