Cancelling my house and auto insurance for my whole family.
Horrible service and very long wait time, every call takes at least 40 minutes on hold.
I do not have a problem with my current insurance company but I am cancelling my policy even though I lose my loyalty discount just so I don't have to deal with these guys.
Do not use this broker unless you want to be frustrated and have your time wasted!

I have dealt with this brokerage for years. Always great service. I recently needed condo insurance and worked with Geetika. She was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. She answered all my questions and got back to me when she said she would. Would highly recommend TW Insurance Brokers.

I was with this broker for along time, but was able to switch and save 1400 a year with the same coverage plus more befits! Gave notice to cancel my policy and the insurance company still withdrew the money from my account. I have tried to contact them about this and they just say they didn’t process it in time which is fine I will get the money back (would not return countless emails once I cancelled). However when I called intact to ask when I could expect this they said all TW had to do was call them and put a stop on the payment so they would’ve never taken the money out. Now I have to

I am not a fan. I have had my home insurance with them for years and when I called to add auto insurance, they were nothing but rude. Due to having lived abroad, I haven't had auto insurance before and the woman on the phone was nothing but snippy and rude. She quoted me an insanely high price and was very firm on the fact that there was nothing I could do. I since went to other companies and got quotes thousands of dollars cheaper.. yes, thousands.
