Services
JCJ Design Engineering Ltd. provides consulting in the disciplines of Structural and Civil Engineering. For many years, we have supplied consulting services in the area of residential, commercial and industrial. Our services also include Damage Investigation, Structural Assessment, BIM and 3D Modelling, and Steel Detailing.
JCJ Design Engineering conducts damage investigation of existing buildings to assist insurance companies and restoration contractors in the remediation or reconstruction process. Our engineers have obtained expertise from many years of extensive experience in performing damage investigation. JCJ also prepares structural repair drawings and letter of assurance for purposes of building permit applications when required.
Directed by clients, our engineers will conduct site visit/s to perform structural assessment of existing structures primarily by visual observation. Invasive exploration and material testing could be proposed to determine extent of damage as required. Report/s will be prepared accompanying by photos taken during site visit with recommendation on repairs.
JCJ provides 3D digital model of the building that consists virtual equivalents of the actual building parts and pieces to build a building or this is simply known as Building Information Modeling (BIM). Using BIM in our projects allow us to simulate the building and understand its behavior in a computer environment way before the actual construction starts.
