Family law is a complex area of law. Your own personal circumstances, the dynamics of your relationship with your spouse/partner as well as the degree of the complexity of legal issues can all have an impact on which process option is best suited for you. There are a number of process options that are effective in reaching a resolution of your family law issues.
If you are just entering a new relationship or about to enter into a second marriage, you may want to protect some or all of your assets that you are bringing into the relationship and you may not want to share all of your pre-relationship assets with your new spouse. You and your spouse can decide to enter into either a cohabitation agreement or prenuptial agreement to address these concerns.

Susan Guy Andrew's legal fees are charged by the hour and are subject to change. Because each case is unique, it is difficult to quote what your legal fees will be. With unbundled legal services, where the legal service is limited in scope and the task that Susan is retained for is clearly defined, it is generally possible to provide a quote.
