I already recommend Kelsey to everyone I know in person but I realised I should say something on Google reviews as well. I've gone to Kelsey for several years with multiple different issues. She is amazing at assessing the issue, explaining it to me so I'm aware of how and where it started, treating it, and providing stretches to help continue healing. I can't say enough great things about her. Not to mention she is so kind and friendly. Can't recommend her enough!

I'd recommend these guys to anyone! Kind, patient and friendly, they quickly assessed and understood the complexities of my injury and put me on a manageable path to recovery. They explained everything and helped me understand how to change my behavioural patterns while being active in order to make sure my issues wouldn't come back.
