Rain Wellness has a lovely ambiance. The rooms are spotless clean with earthy decor and Indigenous influence. The one room I'm always in has animal hide drums on the wall. The music they play is very spa-like. I sometimes fall asleep because I'm so relaxed!
My usual service is the Indulge massage - straightforward massage therapy with hot towels and aromatherapy. They have an amazing selection of essential oils. If you're overwhelmed by the selection, they even have a quick aromatherapy questionnaire to help you select scents to match your preferences/needs. I've also gotten the Signature massage

I love Rain Wellness and it’s extras it has to offer, making it a one of a kind experience! I enjoy that I can have a sauna before or after treatment, and my favourite treatment so far is “The Wounded Warrior” hydrotherapy experience ! I’ve been seeing Kim one of the RMT’s there and she is Absolutely wonderful!

I've been coming to Rain almost weekly since the spring when I moved to Vernon. The staff are always so cheerful and accommodating. I've seen several, if not all, of the therapists and I've been happy with them all. Everyone has their own style so it's nice to be able to customise who you see based on what you want to focus on in your massage. I like the combination of relaxation with deep tissue massage. They also have a variety of different massage sessions that you can try out, such as the lymph drainage one. The direct billing is a nice bonus too!
