Massage is the practice of soft tissue manipulations with physical, functional, and psychological purposes and objectives. There are two main categories of massage one being relaxation and the other being deep tissue (therapeutic). Relaxation massage, otherwise known as Swedish massage, characteristically involves long sweeping strokes, with some kneading or compression techniques and is used more often on the entire body.

Orthotics are foot insoles designed specifically for you. Built to support the arches of your feet, orthotics are also used to treat your knees, heels, and/or back pain. They are a great tool to relieve stress and tension for overall balance and range of motion. Since orthotics are custom to you, they are proven more effective and efficient.

As a part of a multidisciplinary approach to health and healing, we also provide custom bracing services. We can measure the specific area requiring additional support, and create a custom fit product. We use a variety materials to decrease instability and joint misalignment in order to restore better function to the area of concern.
