Services
BFP Engineering Solutions is a structural engineering office that began operations in Peterborough, Ontario in February of 2010. Our commitment is to meet or exceed the expectations of our clients by delivering products and services that are both practical and economical. Although BFP Engineering Solutions is a new addition to the structural engineering business, we are fully equipped to handle any design challenge.
Residential Engineering in general deals with single homes and condominiums. Over the last two decades homes have increased dramatically in size in many cases making Part 9 of the Ontario Building Code inapplicable. In these cases, Professional Engineering is required to properly design the structural elements of the residence according to Part 4 of the Building Code.

In Ontario, only those individuals who have demonstrated that they possess the necessary qualifications and have been licensed by PEO can use the title, which is often abbreviated as "P.Eng." We have over 15 years of structural design experience on different types of building projects.
