If I could give Grand Alarms a ZERO, I would! They are a scam of a company. They have been charging my credit card for 5 years now even though I have only signed for 3 years. I continue to email them and call them requesting to cancel. They have never responded. Every time I call customer service they tell me someone will get back to me, no one has returned my calls. They keep taking my money. I've pleaded with them and said we're in a pandemic please just cancel and stop charging me. They stopped by service but continue to charge me! BEWARE AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS FRAUD COMPANY!

Ordered full home automation, as well as wiring of network cables, HDMI, etc from Grand Alarms Ltd. 8 months before our closing date. Our closing was in March 2017.
We took about 45 days to renovate some of the house hoping the wiring and Control4 installation would be done in time for us to move in, while constantly asking Jacqueline from Grand Alarms for updates.
These people DO NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONE! I have never dealt with a company that is so difficult to get a hold of. They plain and simply IGNORE you.
At the start of May, Jacqueline FINALLY answered my call and scheduled our Control4
