Our founder Xavier Santamaria, immigrated from Spain to Canada to pursue a better life for his family. Through his vision of quality, service & hard work he built Restorex from the ground up. Xavier sadly passed away March of 2016. He will be forever missed. Since its inception in 1992, Restorex Contracting Ltd. has maintained a philosophy of 'growth through need'.

This 'natural' expansion has resulted in a solid financial base, as well as a lengthy list of satisfied and long-term clients. From this, we are able to perform a diverse range of work in excess of $10 million per year, within a geographical work area including the GTA, Central, Southwestern & Eastern Ontario.
Services
Management philosophy have earned Restorex Contracting Ltd. an excellent reputation in this highly demanding and ever-changing industry. Our hands-on approach and attention to detail on each project, large scale or service oriented has allowed us the privilege of a repetitive long standing client base consisting of specialized Engineers, Owners, and Management firms.
As a member of the Board of Directors of WCC 250, I would like to express my appreciation on behalf of the Condominium Board for the excellent work performed by Restorex, where they replaced our heated garage ramp. The employees were always timely to the job site, extremely pleasant and committed to the work.
Restorex Contracting Ltd. is a Brampton based restoration company. It has a multicultural workforce that works towards common goals: offering quality, reliability and common sense to our clients. Order required materials including tools from suppliers, so as to ensure that projects are securely and appropriately supplied.

Substandard by the look of the finish job.
I inspected the newly refurbished elevator, nice design, although all the mirror, the walls, the controls unit with greacy finger mark. Wasnt a nice experience, as a first time passenger. I live in the building and it's still like that after a week. No attention to details. And job not finish

I don't know where to begin... Probably one of the worst contracting experiences my neighbours and I have ever witnessed. This company got the contract to replace our condo Corp's fencing for everybody but I have never seen such incompetent, careless, and disorganized workers in my life. From the broken AC Units, to the cut gas lines, to damaged property (the list goes on), my neighbours and I are fed up and they left our backyards a disaster. They weren't even capable of initially putting in a 6 foot fence (was too short) and their "engineer" was missing in action. I have no clue how their other
