LaVern Liske built his first home over 40 years ago for his young, growing family.
For 20 years, while working full time in the telecommunications industry, he continued to build homes on a part time basis. In 2002, he decided to custom build on a full-time basis. Using his core of reliable sub-trades, many years of experience, and word of mouth advertising, he continued to build, taking only 10-12 projects at a time.

Over the past 40 years we have built a lot of homes in a lot of different areas. This is just a small sample of some of the homes we have built within the past number years. Public lots are available in many areas, both inside and outside, the city of Edmonton on which custom builders like ourselves are able to build.
Essentially, what you would like your home to be like. This is obviously going to be driven by your budget, but no matter how large or small your budget may be, dream a little bit. Therefore, 90% of our clients already have purchased property somewhere in or around the Edmonton area. Because of this, many of our builds are in either mature neighborhoods (50%), on acreages (25%) or on large estate lots that are open to public purchase (10%).
