Eden Lin graduated from Simon Fraser University in 2005 and began her career in Finance. She later discovered her passion for personal wellness and eventually graduated in 2010 from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy 3000 hours program. Eden is an active member of the College of Massage Therapy and the Massage Therapy Association of British Columbia.
Eden lives in North Delta and spends most of her week with her two children and dogs. Believing in and creating work life balance has always been her drive and passion, and in doing so she hopes to create a therapeutic environment that is peaceful, meaningful and renewing for her clients.

If you have extended medical coverage, you may be entitled to total or partial reimbursement through your plan. Radiance Massage Therapy is able to direct bill through Pacific Blue Cross, Alberta Blue Cross, Medavie, Sun Life, Great West, Manulife, Claim Secure, and more. Please bring your policy numbers with you on your first visit.
Radiance Massage is a private pay for service clinic. This means that full payment for treatments are due at the time of your session. If you have extended coverage, through your employer, you may be able to submit our receipts to your extended plan (like Blue Cross/ Sunlife) and the insurer may cover all or part of the amount you have paid.
A Naturopath strives to treat the underlying cause of symptoms and puts its focus on prevention, treatment, and wellness through the use of safe and effective natural therapies. The services of a registered Naturopathic Physician are covered by most extended healthcare plans. Consult with your employer or health insurance company to determine the extent of your benefits.

Clean facility and professional staff. I go to Jillian and she is amazing at targeting the issue spots. I’ve booked with her about 6+ times and so far every session is great. She checks in to ensure the pressure is right and check in at the end as well to see if any adjustments need to be made for the future. I also find the prices to be fair and at par with market. Highly recommend!

Julian is awesome, she treats my problem as hers and gives her 110%,. I am always excited to go back to her. Julian does not count every minute like how some of the other massage therapist treat like a business. She is very humble and very intelligent. Thanks Julian!

So lucky to have found this place after numerous attempts at other massage clinics. Super friendly staff, and so attentive to your needs. The place is is located in a small cluster of stores and has plenty of parking. What I love about Radiance is the very easy way you can book appointments online by using the intuitive calendar that shows which therapist is available and the time you can book them. I have nothing but high praise for therapists Nancy Hunter and Eden Lin who've help ease my lower back pain (sciatica) and chronic neck pain.

My RMT, Garret was awesome. I came for prenatal massage and he was able to relieve my aches and pains from carrying the extra weight. I've been back several time and every time info I leave feeling much better. I like that he can tell when I'm feeling chatty or when I feel like just getting a massage. He seems to be able to read people well. I also like how he checks to see if the pressure he's using is strong enough and will gladly adjust accordingly. My favorite RMT!
