In most cases, our fees are based on an hourly rate, which means that the total cost of the work will depend on the amount of work we will need to do. When you decide to retain our firm, you will be asked to deposit an initial retainer. These funds will be held in a special trust account and will only be accessed on your specific instructions in order to pay our account for work we have completed.

Diana Isaac and Hanna Kofman recently represented me in my divorce, and they helped me get through a difficult and emotional mediation. I felt very comfortable working with both of them; they are very personable and they answer your questions without making you feel "stupid", as the law is difficult to understand for us "lay people". I have mix feelings with the Shulman & Partners LLP firm. They had started strong at the beginning, but during the process my file was switched between lawyers because the turn over at the firm was short it seemed. So I ended up having to go through an onboarding three times.
Another pain point during the process after I lost the first lawyer in the firm, I felt like I had to micromanage the progress of my case and constantly ask for their advice and strategy with every response from the opposing councel.

I strongly recommend against this group. My 5k retainer was gone within a week, each time they called and didn't get through I was charged .2 of an hour. In 1 day in court at the court house filing paperwork and one court appearance, with my twitchy lawyer, I wracked up a bill of 18k and ended up getting what my ex was already offering in the first place. The most lawyering he seemed to do is convincing me we still did ok. I ended up representing myself afterward and doing much better than they lawyer they had assigned me. Beware.

Run from this lawyer! I wasted my health, time and money. He would never return any of them. He wants more and more money without doing anything. I didn't see hard work, any efforts to satisfy my needs and listen to my words. He does his work in more time-consuming and expensive way. I wonder if that's because he doesn't know what to do or just he does it on purpose.
