Vernaus has been looking after our company vehicles for years. We specifically get them to fix the rust spots on our company van and it always comes back looking as good as new. I've been taking my vehicle to Vernaus on and off for a few years. My partner recently brought in my vehicle for an MPI claim. While there, he inquired about getting a replacement mirror (the casing of the passenger side mirror was cracked, not covered under the MPI claim). Whomever he spoke to called a salvage yard while he was in the shop-- my partner overheard the price on the phone as being $40 for the part. He told them to order the part, but gave explicit instructions that we didn't want it installed, we'd do it ourselves. He was never quoted a price for putting the part on the vehicle, because

Johnny, Perry, Anita and the entire crew here really look after you and definitely treat you well. The landscape of most business has changed drastically over the years, but going to Vernaus Auto Body is like setting the DeLorean timer back to the sixties, when pride in one's work and a desire to keep customers coming back was paramount. Went for a simple side mirror paint job, had to call them days later to see if it was done. They forgot about it sprayed it right away, when I went to pick it up... they didn't apologize or seem to care that they kept my truck for days. I had heard good things about this place but I wouldn't recommend if you have smaller fixes. 10% off would have been great for them forgetting about me, or at least an apology.

Vernaus did a fantastic job with my car. It was a write-off according to MPI and the first body shop that gave me an estimate. Vernaus was true to their radio ads and saved my car. Not only that, they did a great job. Even more than a year later (yes, I'm slow at writing my review!), the car is in great shape and I didn't have to buy a new car. Perry and John were so friendly and helpful. They definitely made me feel like I was in good hands.

I have been using Vernaus Autobody for several years and have always been completely satisfied. There have been issues but they have always been rectified to my satisfaction.
I am a volume customer and understand that sometimes things happen. It’s how we handle these that dictate the integrity of the company.

Took the girlfriends car(Mitsubishi Lancer) down to get her car fixed due to someone breaking 2 of her window glasses.
Great to know that they can provide(notify ahead) a loaner car without that extra coverage on your insurance. Though it eats gas very fast lol.
Dealt with Perry and Matthew. Great guys! Atmosphere is great there and there is a waiting room and coffee. And if you need tongdt picked up or dropped they can do it too.
Only thing wrong was they ordered the wrong color for a piece in the car. So instead of having the car done in 2 weeks. Took almost 2 months.
Would still go back
