I was born and raised in Tehran, Iran. One of the things that I remember from my childhood there was the rustic public spa that people would attend as part of a balanced lifestyle that had less of a focus on medical treatment and more of a focus on individual well-being. This lifestyle also included eating nutritious, organic foods and having regular social events to attend, fostering a sense of community and interconnectedness.
