The product is not as flexible as a Consent-Management-Platform should be.
The customer support is just horrible. Most of the time when you are asking one of your doubts, first you have to fight against the ego of the guy who is answering you.
Some of the tutorials you find in their page are outdated or just broken (and this is something you realize after spending hours trying to figure out why is not working)
Finally, with every answer you get a different concept. What was fine last time you spoke with someone, this time is horrible
