Critical:Â Professionalism
I do not know where to start from, unprofessional staff dealing with their calls or fact that despite having insurance, trying to tell my son our Manulife insurance isn’t sufficient. Why we even need insurance when students like my son are at home and covered by our provincial healthcare is beyond me. This is a SCAM !!
